Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation/refund request needs to be made within 24 hours of making the payment or assignment of a stylist, whichever is prior.
  • The refund initiated will be transferred post deducting the payment operations charges for International payments.
  • Since we operate with stylists at a commission model and pay them for their time, once a stylist is assigned, we would not be able to cancel/refund the booking.
